1. Non-Refundable Services

All astrology consultations, birth chart analyses, gemstone suggestions, and AI chat sessions are custom and therefore non-refundable once delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Technical issues causing double payment or transaction errors.
• Failure to deliver a paid report or reading within 7 working days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at billing@astronkundali.com within 48 hours of purchase. Include your transaction ID and registered email.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
