Return Policy

AstronKundali offers certain physical astrology products — such as gemstones, yantras, and spiritual accessories — in addition to digital reports. This policy explains our return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-engraved or energized gemstones cannot be returned as they are prepared based on your birth chart.

2. Return Procedure

Email returns@astronkundali.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

4. Replacement & Store Credit

Upon inspection, eligible returns will be processed for replacement or store credit within 7–10 working days.
